What a wonderful experience! I’m trying something new and different! I have opened my studio once per week to a group of seven little art students and yesterday, after school, was my first lesson!
I was shaking inside; I was so excited to have the chance to share art with a group of young people and not be responsible to assess them or record observations about them…just to share my passion with them through pencil, paint and sculpture! As they left, my head danced with ideas and possibilities…how to reach their differences…how to let them enjoy the FUN of art, while still advancing and learning things!
