I am an artist and a writer, a teacher, student, dancer and mother.  I love to hike the beautiful Kananaskis trails and look for wild flowers.  My life is rich for the interesting people who are in it. They inspire, support and love me.  They challenge me to be the woman I am today.  I am a dreamer and in this lifetime, would like to witness the migration of the monarch butterflies as well as the colour and sensation of a British Columbia salmon-run.  Seeing wondrous things though, is only a part of the story; what I really want is to be true to myself and to remember to delight in all of this.

My big brother, John, wraps his arm around me.
