It has been a very restful Easter break and I’m grateful for the time I’ve had to enjoy the landscape…the water’s edge…the hills of Calgary…the vast endless Alberta skies. I’ve also been more in touch with the inner landscapes that are me…just as profound in a spiritual sense as the outer landscape is profound in the physical sense. It’s been a marvelous exploration of both landscapes.
Lectio Divina sketching/praying…sitting on the red couch…heaps of collage materials and pens, joyfully responding to biblical text. The first layer to the sketch is here.
This is a detail of the script.
26 And I have made known thy name to them, and will make it known: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me, may be in them, and I in them.
