I had Max out running at the off leash park up on Tom Campbell’s Hill. I stopped in Bridgeland for a bite to eat and a cold drink, afterwards, but then noticed signs for a community art sale and so went exploring.
I fell in love with a few pieces of work at the sale, but especially enjoyed the work of Diana Un-Jin Cho. A graduate of Calgary’s ACAD, her recent work is inspired by the hues and patterns of fourteenth century Jogakbo quilting in Korea.
These are my two acquisitions.
