Last evening was a good time at Calgary’s Blues Can, featuring a Watering Hole event that my daughter put together, as artistic director.  It began with a feast of Chinese cuisine at our family favourite, The Dragon Pearl, just down 9th Ave. in Inglewood.  Dancers, Cayley and Natalie, were in celebratory form.

Ron Burke & Alittle Voodoo were the featured performer, along side spectacular bassist, Tommy Knowles and drummer, Rob Vulic.  So cool that Cayley made this connection happen!

The play list was varied and energetic, given that is was such a warm and humid night.  It was an awesome time and a lot of fun to see dancers break loose in this particular venue.
